FAQ

  • How it works

We kick off with initial treatments spaced approximately 10 days apart to disrupt the breeding cycles of ticks and mosquitoes effectively.

Once your property reaches stability, we transition to treatments every 2 to 3 weeks, strategically optimized based on the most favorable weather conditions for treatment.

  • How Often Do We Visit?

In non-summer months, we schedule treatments approximately every 3 weeks, while during peak summer months, we increase frequency to every 2 weeks.

We begin treatments in April and end in October.

  • Do I need to be home when treatments are made?

No, our treatments can be administered without requiring anyone to be present at your home or rental property.

  • What does the guarantee mean?

If you're not satisfied, we'll reassess our treatment strategy and offer a booster service or alternative treatment strategy at no additional cost. If you remain unsatisfied, you can cancel at any time.

  • How does pricing work?

We charge a fee per treatment based on the size of your “usable” property.

  • What Pests Do You Treat?

Our main focus is on ticks and mosquitoes.

While our treatments address various insects like ants, cockroaches, fleas, flies, gnats, Japanese beetles, mites, and no-see-ums, we may occasionally recommend additional treatments tailored specifically to address these pests.

  • What products do you use?

Treatment will be made using 100% Natural and Biodegradable Ingredients. Classified in the EPA as a 25b product, safe for people, kids and pets.

  • How does scheduling work?

We work to schedule treatments around your preferences and weather conditions, avoiding rainy days for optimal effectiveness.

  • How long do we have to wait to go outside after treatment?

You only need to wait until the treatment has dried.

Since it’s not a harsh chemical, there are no strict re-entry standards like 24 hours for most pesticides. Once the treatment has dried, you can safely enjoy your outdoor space.
